Winner will be drawn at the end of each month in 2013. Time to be determined. Winner need not be present to win. Contact will be attempted no more than twice. If a selected winner cannot be reached after two attempts, another random entry will be drawn and contact will be attempted. This process will continue until the prize is awarded.
